Impact Case Study: Interplay Learning

Challenge
The Centro Educativo Latino (CEL) workforce development program at Lenoir Community College (LCC) was looking to scale and expand trades education access for the Latino community but needed a program that was flexible with affordable learning formats that provided a modernized approach to credentialing. 

Solution
CEL partnered with Interplay to deliver a hybrid model that fit the needs of learners by incorporating immersive learning experiences to bridge the gap between theory and practice and served as supplemental support for program instructors, enabling their main HVAC instructor to expand his mentorship and impact to more students.

Results
100% of graduates received a NATE Core certification and state EPA, and 75%+ of students in the program went on to start their own trade business.
